Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, donations are tax-deductable.
Legacy Parks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization accepting donations for this grassroots initiative and will provide a receipt to each donor.
Can I make a donation online?
Yes, please visit Legacy Parks Foundation and select Forest Heights Pocket Park from the pull down list of neighborhood park projects.
Is there a credit card fee for donating online?
Yes, if you choose to make a donation through the Legacy Parks Foundation website, there will be a credit card fee.
Donors can select a box so the credit card fee does not get deducted from the donation amount.
Can I write a check?
Yes, please make checks payable to "Legacy Parks Foundation" and write "Forest Heights Pocket Park" in the memo line to ensure your donation goes to our project.

Will donors be recognized in a display at the park?
When the fundraising goal is achieved, a display recognizing top donors will be created in the park with approval from the City of Knoxville.
